Hallo everyone!
It has been a while since we blogged, we had a little spring break.
We went camping by the North sea in the province Zeeland,
and we had such a great time!
Before we left I thought,
'Whauw two weeks, that gives me time to do so much!'
I can do some quilting.
Or I can do some stitchery!
Yes that's what I thought.....
Guess what..
I did nothing.
I did not even open the boxes!
But we had such a great time,
making walks by the sea, having great meals, visit little places, drinking a glass of good wine,
we lay in the sun on the beach and did a lot of reading!
Tomorrow school starts again
and before you know we're back in the rhythm.
But we sure enjoyed our springbreak!

Zeeland is echt mijn favoriete vakantieplek! Nog iets meer dan 2 maanden en wij gaan er ook weer heen.

I grew up near a town named Zeeland in Michigan in the US. It was named that by the Dutch settlers. I would love to see your Zeeland by the shore someday!
It's so nice to have you back! What a wonderfully restful holiday you had, just the perfect sort I think. It's good for us not to stitch all the time but read for a while instead. Enjoy getting back into the new term.
het is vaak zo dat je spulletjes mee hebt en dan toch totaal andere dingen doet, niet erg als je maar geniet en nu met vernieuwde energie aan de sla kan...
Dit klinkt zo bekend, als ik vrij neem om te handwerken gebeurt er weinig, maar als ik 6 dagen werk komt er meer uit mijn handen... vakantie is vakantie, heerlijk toch dat genieten! Ik heb inderdaad jullie berichtjes gemist.

Love the north! We had a wonderful time on Tessel two summers ago (even though it was freezing cold and rainy in August!). Glad you had a nice vacation. Sometimes sewing just doesn't fit in....

Isn't that always the way, I always take stuff to do when we go away and always bring it home again undone! I love that photograph of the beach, so beautiful.
Klinkt als twee zalige weken. Ik zit hier te genieten van al die prachtige tassen die ik op jullie blog tegenkom. Ik heb voor mijn zoon pas een tas gemaakt, wat heerlijk om te doen. Begint weer te kriebelen om nog een tas te gaan maken dank voor jullie prachtige inspiratie. Ik kom zeker vaker kijken
