We had a great 'almost' spring day!
The sun was shining and the birds were singing.
It was lovely!
I think I saw two birds like these two here,
who flew right on this almost finished springbag!
But I want to make another bag, actually I started this new bag.
Look here is the almost ready front.
But I need your help!
I can't decide...
Should I make the bag with the striped or the blue fabric?

Oh Heleen, wat maak je toch prachtige dingen! Beide tassen zijn weer geweldig, ook al in dit stadium. Wat betreft de kleur: als het maar effen is. Kan blauw zijn, of dat warme rood, of... er zitten zoveel kleuren in de 'voorkant'! Wat een geweldig idee, ik ga mijn gebreide trui ook eens op deze manier bekijken met lintjes ertussen. Wat een idee!

Oh I do love the pretty stipes you have made with the trims and braids. Clever idea. I'd go for the blue as you probably already have enough stripes and the blue looks great. Glad you finally have some lovely spring days.
Wat wordt ie mooi! Ik geloof dat bijna iedereen hierboven voor blauw gaat, maar toch vind ik de streepjes er mooier bij staan!

Very cute! I'd choose the blue :)
De tas met de vogeltjes vind ik prachtig, en de gekozen basisstof in combinatie met het rode ruitje doet het erg goed.
Ik ga ook voor het blauw.

live dangerously en gebruik allebei de stofjes...Ik zie het al helemaal voor me. Het borduursel van de eerste tas komt zeker van eigen hand? Hoeveel produceer je er eigenlijk is zo'n korte tijd klinkt het groen van mijn kant. Mooimooimooi! Chapeau!.

The blue makes the colors pop, but the stripes are so Dutch! You could go either way; I will be checking back to see what you choose!

Both are gorgeous but the stripes would go with more - so it has to be stripes for me...love your blog and those dutch colours/motifs - just wish I could find such fabrics and trim in the UK!!

Love the strips but then again I love patterns on patterns! :) I am so glad you are having a spring day. It does the soul good. It is amazing how good you feel when the sun comes out and cheers you up!
